A passive or electric cooler?
A cool box is a compact cooler for on the road, where you can keep your drinks and food cool. When purchasing a cool box, you can easily make a first selection by determining for which purpose you want to use the cooler. Are you looking for a car cooler on the go, are you looking for a cool box at the campsite or are you looking for one that is easy to take with you during a day out? A passive cooler does not use electricity and is used in combination with cooling elements. This makes them useful for a day at the beach, for example. Electric coolers are also used as car coolers or as camping coolers. An electric cooler can be connected to the 12 volt cigarette lighter in the car, to a 24 volt connection or to 230 volt power supply.
