Before the first use

The pan is now ready for use and provided with a natural non-stick coating.
After use, you must clean the pancake pan again with hot water and drying, for example, with kitchen paper. It may not feel right no detergent to use. But when you use detergent for cleaning, you remove the natural non-stick coating. And if it wants to do it all right, then it is wise to rub the pan with oil.
