Maintenance
The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Do not clean the pan in the dishwasher, this will damage the non-stick coating. You can easily the pan cleanwith warm water , soap and a soft sponge. You keep the pan optimal by avoiding contact with cool water, especially soon after use.
